In Istanbul’s BeşIktaş District Rises a New Build
Description
In Istanbul Province's Beşiktaş District and Abbasaa District, a new building rises. This project is being constructed on a plot of land that is 17,665 square meters large, with a total of 295 units. There are ten blocks (A to J) that are under construction, and the project is expected to be completed by 2024. This housing development is massive, and there is a huge possibility of it selling out before its delivery date. It is family-oriented, with block heights ranging from 4 to 7 stories. There will be five apartment types, ranging from 2.5+1 to 6.5+1 apartment types. The Beşiktaş project will also have a 427-car parking lot, an ornamental pool, and an outdoor swimming pool. Quite a number of private and public facilities are within a short distance from the site. For instance, Barbaros Boulevard is 300 meters away, Sait Iftçi State Hospital is 550 meters away, Abbasaa Park is 150 meters away, and the Conrad Hotel is 400 meters away from the project.
